Do you accept walk-ins?

Due to limited space, we are appointment only. To schedule a consultation appointment, click here. If you arrive at the shop without an appointment to walk in, you can schedule an appointment via tablet in the waiting room or via a representative, but you will not be seen on the same day.

Is there a cost for a consultation?

There is a $100.00 fee for every consultation. This fee will go towards the final cost of your project. If you choose not to continue with the project, this consultation fee will be forfeited.

Do you offer payment plans?

We understand that our services can be expensive, and everyone cannot afford to pay for our services all at once. We are happy to offer a multitude of payment options, including in-house payment plans and the use of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services such as Afterpay and Klarna.

Is the price given during the consultation the guaranteed final price?

NO!!! The price given during the consultation is the cost of the services and materials we knew about during the consultation. If there are additional services that need to be done or added materials, they will be added to the final cost of service.
